There are two options in this Link:

Option 1: UAE10029a – Full set.  include the test bench harenss, a gateway module, a USB-ethernet network cable.   which support using AUDI -VW engineering software to flash the head unit, edit coding info.   USB-ethernet cable can be used to flash the head unit, for example  when repairing the the AUDI A6 C7PA Head unit system stuck at initializing status.

Option 2:  UAE10029B – Test harness only.  only include the test harness, can be use to test the head unit on bench.
